1 onion (210g)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
3 eggs
5 grams of salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup of greek yogurt
50 g mozzarella cheese
20g grated parmesan cheese
6 slices of tomato
