Creating a LEGO Pneumatic Engine (unmodified)

This video presents my own creation, a 3cylinder pneumatic engine, made out of LEGO Technic.
More info in the description

14 years ago, I designed this 3Cylinder Pneumatic Engine based on Nicjasno's work, with the aim to create a simple and effective LEGO Pneumatic Engine with new switches and without the needs to modify the parts. In 2023, following a commissioned project, I redesigned the model with new parts to reduce friction and reworked totally the building instructions to fit my 2023 quality standard.

This engine uses a 3cylinder configuration with a 3x 120° crankshaft, enabling auto starting.
Each cylinder acts on a switch which operates the next cylinder, removing the need of a flywheel (adding one reducing the leaps).
It is built with a Scotch Yoke mechanism instead of a classic Connecting Rod/Crank system to keep the size small (only 9.6cm in height).
It doesn’t require to use any modified parts and runs with only one pump (jerky/slowly) or more faster/smoother with 4 LEGO pumps for instance or other constant source of air as shown in the video (about 500rpm at 4 bars in the video)
