Today I'll show how to Extract Study Area from Google earth and then Export into ArcMap and Create Study Area Shapefile boundary.

Open Google earth Pro
Draw polygon according to your Study location
After creating polygon over study location, Save it as .kml file
Open ArcMap and click on Arc Tool Box
Go to Conversion Tools From KMLKML to Layer
Add Study area KML as input KML file and Select output location in your computer where you want to save
You can check your study location through Base map
