Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons finely chopped green chilies
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Oil for frying

For Chaat:
Tamarind chutney
Chopped onions
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped ginger
Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:
Mix mashed potatoes, cumin seeds, coriander powder, chaat masala, red chili powder, salt, cilantro, and green chilies in a bowl.
Form the mixture into small patties and coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the patties until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
To serve, place the hot patties on a plate. Drizzle with yogurt, tamarind chutney, and mint chutney. Top with chopped onions, tomatoes, and sev.
For garnishing, sprinkle with fresh cilantro and serve immediately for the ultimate crunch and flavor.
