Ingredients

Pie crusts 1 pack.
Cheese 300 g.
Butter 100 g.
Oil 50 ml.
Eggs 3 pcs.
Yogurt 200 g
Carbonated water 50 ml.

Method of preparation

Initially, we prepare the mixture, which we will add as a filling to the crusts.
Mix and beat the eggs, oil, cheese, yogurt and soda water.
Spread the top crust with melted butter, turn the crust over and spread it on the reverse side.
Fold the top and bottom ends in the middle. Add 34 tablespoons of the mixture we prepared earlier.
Separate the top two crusts and fold them into a triangle.
Place them in a pan that has been pregreased with melted butter or covered with baking paper.
Spread them with beaten egg with a little melted butter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for 25 minutes.
