Watch as I critique my own work from my recent trip to the Western Cape area of South Africa. During the 10day period, I was teaching a painting workshop and my group and I were touring the winelands and several game reserves, and I came back with nine oil paintings altogether! I find that critiquing my own work can be helpful not just to clarify my thoughts about a painting or what I feel it needs, but it can be helpful to my students as well. Hope you enjoy!
