Come with me on this walk thru tour of this Cruisers Yachts, 340Express. This 2005 Cruiser Inc. vessel is well powered by twin Mercruiser 8.1 Horizon engines that are 375 HP Ea.
We start at the bow along the starboard side checking out the lines of this most popular express cruiser.
Coming to the transom we make note of the features that make the vessel enjoyable and easy to use: an extra transom table mount possibly for a barbecue, a vessel washdown, a swim boarding ladder and a shower to rinse off with. A convenient wet bar features solidsurface counter tops and a sink. Also included for entertaining guests is a cockpit ice maker.
Forward to Port is an aft facing lounger that is always a favorite and aft, the large circular seating has a custom cherry wood table and a full sized one that can also be used as a base to make a sun pad, At the helm there is companion seating to stay close to the operator. The bi level helm is grey gel coated to reduce glare: all of our important Smart Craft gauges are in our line of site.
Access to enjoy the fore deck is safe over the aggressively tracked stairs and raised handrail. We can use either the included lounge pads for sunning or put out some deck chairs and enjoy the scenery.
We enter the cabin thru an offset door into the cabin. The galley is to port and is well appointed with appliances, granite like counter top and cherry wood cabinets.
Forward there is a large fiberglass lined head with a vanity, mirrored medicine cabinets a hatch. Best feature is a separate shower area with curtain. NO MORE Soaking the head toilet from the shower!
The master berth features a privacy curtain, is over 7' long and has steps for ease of access. To starboard is a convertible dinette with a solid cherry wood table and gunwale cabinets. The aft cabin has another hanging locker and privacy curtain. It's large enough to have a seating area with table and easily converts to a double berth.
In all, the finish and materials Cruisers Yachts have used on this vessel are impressive: there is solid wood cabinets and trim, Leatherette upholstery and upgraded vinyl wall coverings and headliner.
