Curd rice is one of the traditional rice item, which is very simple, but healthy. Don't mix curd and milk if you consume it immediately. It is not good for health. So the solution is you have to mix sourless curd for perfect curd rice. Fruits of your choice can be added. Curd rice should be consumed as fresh as possible, may be within 2 hours of it is prepared. Then it will be fresh, tasty and healthy. Curd rice is as simple as just cook the rice, mix the curd, add fruits and finally add tempering with dry fruits. But it's taste is too good. It can be a special dish during festivals, and in special meals and in get together of guests.

Sona masori rice 2 cups
Water 8 cups
Curd
Salt to taste
Green chilli 2
Ginger small piece
Pomegranate
Coriender leaves
Ghee 56 sp
Channa dal 2sp
Groundnuts
Cashew nuts
Mustard seeds
Drey red chilli
Dry grapes
Curry leaves
