This is the prefix version of commands, they're NOT outdated. Carlbot has the message intents. Read the explanation below.

As of August 31st 2022, slash commands are a discord requirement due to the message content intent becoming privileged. Which means developers now need to apply for the intent, Carl has this intent and if it were to change then there would be an announcement made in Carlbot Help, the official Carlbot support server where you'll be kept up to date with changes to the bot and any important updates.
