This week on #GolfCartingTV, we get to see a truly unique golf cart a 1923 Ford TBucket body mounted on a 1999 EZGO golf cart frame! People have no idea it's a golf cart including the police! Our guest, Andy, custom built the frame using a rear EZGO section. The front axle is all handmade with EZGO spindles fitted with Harley Davidson wheels. The steering is a EZGO R&P tied to a 1967/72 Chevy truck polished tilt steering column with a soft grip GM wheel. Functioning head, tail, park and brake lights.

The '23 Ford Tbucket body is fiberglass reinforced with wood. The front windshield was hand built. The front grille insert and the rear bed are custom fabricated by Andy. The bed top is on hinges to open up to work on the electronics and check things. He used an EZGO stock rear end with a 48V 600amp 5k Navitas motor package along with a Extreme team lithium battery box. The rear end has been modified to accept Miata rotors and caliper disc brakes. The rear wheels are 1967 Ford Cobra wheels. The cart stops on dime. Cart has bluetooth system in it with EZGO seat bottom and back covered in snake leather for rain to help keep from soaking up water. The dash and fire wall were made of diamond plate. GPS speedometer with the turn signal indicators and high beam. It also has the shunt module gauge to keep an eye on the battery along with the dual air gauges to keep up with the air ride. Andy installed a switch on the dash to turn the air compressor on/off if need be. All the accessories run off a 48 to 12 volt reducer and through a water tight fuse block. You have to see this custom golf cart to believe it!
