0:05 Lexus CT200H came in because it wouldn't start. Cause was a bad head gasket. As mentioned, the mechanics removed the spark plugs and found all the cylinders to be full of coolant. I did not receive any more information regarding this clip.
0:21 Customer came in because they could hear a noise from the rear of the vehicle. This is apparently a common issue and is a TSB (technical service bulletin SA03321), usually they just crack but sometimes this happens. Total carnage.
0:34 They did not mention what kind of SUV, besides it was a Chevrolet. Looks to be an Equinox with the 2.4L I think. They are known for quite a bit of timing chain issues.
0:46 Suzuki J20A engine came in for engine knocking noise. Mechanic found a connecting rod bearing to have failed. They didn't mention much more besides the bearing was no longer their (disintegrated).
1:05 Customer bought a new vehicle and was suppose to bring it in for their first service at 3750 miles (6035 kms), but now they have 25865 miles (41625 kms) and are now complaining that their engine is making a weird noise...
1:13 Mechanic was pretty surprised nobody told him the battery's caught on fire/melted when we went to check on a truck that wouldn't start.
1:24 As mentioned. 2012 Kia Soul came in for an oil change and a noise from the engine. The mechanic found the lower alternator bolt to be loose and bouncing around causing quite a bit of noise.
1:44 As mentioned in video. The mechanic didn't mention what vehicle/year/model this clutch was off of.
The two pictures is a clutch from a Volkswagen Golf GTI (MK7), they didn't mention what year.
2:07 As mentioned in video. Drivers side rear shock seem to have broken off.
2:28 Customer got their truck towed in because it apparently won't stop accelerating by itself. The mechanic found the floormat to be on top of the gas pedal.
2:35 As described in video. That's quite the mess and is going to be a pain to clean!
2:42 This truck has quite the washer fluid leak (blinker fluid leaking? lol).
