We are cutting and cooking a Japanese Miyazaki A5 Ribeye. This one has never been frozen and arrived here in Toronto, Canada 4 days ago from Japan.

Japanese beef production standards are exceptional. Primary cuts of highfat beef can be kept above freezing close to 1℃ and undisturbed, for much longer than regular meat cuts or even secondary A5 cuts.
