Okay last time we cut the end mill as much as the metal! Lets not do that this time around.

Here we are testing a few different setups. I left a bit of room free you can push harder for sure with the 1/8 end mill but I am unsure how the stock shapeoko spindle will handle that also each piece of A36 can vary greatly its best to find a better more machinable steel.
