Recipe ingredients
• 1/2 kilo of wheat
• 250 g chopped walnuts (1.52 cups)
• 2 spoons of cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon grated caraway
• 1 cup raisins (200 g)
• 1 cup of breadcrumbs (100 g)
• 1/2 cup of flour or baked stragali that we we make flour
• 1 cup of sesame seeds roasted and passed through a food processor
* optional 1/2 teaspoon cumin
* optional some parsley or mint (can be added to the decor)
FOR THE COVER
• 2 cups of sugar or powdered sugar
• edible decorative ornaments in various shapes
• 1 cup of peeled & roasted almonds
* optional white cups
