One of the best things to do in Cascais is the bike ride on the ciclovia to Praia do Guincho. It's an easy, flat 10km ride on a well made bike path that passes a beautiful, dramatic coastline and lots of interesting sights en route. At the end is the epic and wild surf beach, Praia do Gunicho.

We took advantage of free bikes for the workers from our Workaway hostel in Cascais, The Cascais Boutique Hostel.
