Ingredients : 1 Kg pork mince meat, 1 cup chopped onion, 1 cup chopped parsley, 1 flat spoon salt, half flat spoon black pepper, 2 spoons breadcrumbs, and CAUL fat to roll. Additionally you can spice also with some cinnamon. This is a practice in some areas of Cyprus. Grill on charcoal and enjoy. Ask your local butcher for CAUL fat.
