This very beautiful Let L410 Turbolet of the Czech Air Force is seen startingup its engines and takingoff at Bern in Switzerland. The friendly pilots even waved to me. This Let L410 2601 was built in 1991. It was absolutely fantastic to see this rare aircraft! A long awaited wish came true for me.

The LET410 is a Czechbuilt turboprop. The aircraft operates where most aircraft cannot, in rugged mountains and jungles, often onto grass or gravel runways. It is even designed to operate under harsh conditions and extreme weather.
