What is Coliving?

Coliving is a convenient living situation where you share a larger floor plan (in this case, a fourbedroom apartment) with other roommates.

Each resident has their own private bedroom and bathroom with their own locks. The common areas (kitchen and living area) are shared with your roommates.

In a coliving suite, the living area is furnished and the utilities are included in your monthly rent. The best part about coliving is having the space of a fourbedroom apartment with the rent equal (sometimes even less) than a onebedroom apartment.
