‍♂: Secure a band or cable above head height. Stand upright and grasp the band with the hand closest to the anchor, positioning your arm up and across your face with a slight bend in the elbow. Your palm should be facing backward. Pull the band downwards and outwards while rotating your palm towards the front, with your thumb pointing downwards.
: Notice the activation of your shoulder blade muscles during this exercise.
: Keep your upper trapezius muscles relaxed to prevent shoulder shrugging. Focus on isolating the movement to your shoulder without twisting your body.
