Greetings! In this video I do a mini unboxing of my first ever Da Vinci paints, as well as a review/first impressions of Denise Soden’s Embrace Opacity collaboration palette. I am planning to do a real time swatching video of Da Vinci’s entire range soon, thanks to that delightful dot sampler set… Hopefully that won’t take too long. I have done all the prep, all that’s left is to actually do it and then produce the video! No big deal…

These swatches were done on St Cuthberts Mill Bockingford 425gsm CP paper.

PS: I am aware of the compression issue. This is 100% on Youtube's side and not my render. It's really disappointing to work this hard on a video only for it to be mauled by compression, but my camera can only do 1080p so I can't upload in 4k (which would qualify me for better/less compression).
