Sky News host James Morrow says there seems to be no consequences for a “horrendous series of errors” at Donald Trump’s Pennsylvania rally.

New damning details have emerged about the day the former US president was shot at in an attempted assassination, which led to injuries and a death.

This has put a spotlight on the major security failures as the Secret Service head faces calls for her to resign.

“There’s been more evidence that this has just been an incredible dereliction of duty,” Mr Morrow said.
