There is a very important endtimes passage in Scripture that many people call, “Daniel’s 70 Weeks”, found in Daniel 9:2427. In this passage, the Angel Gabriel brings a message to Daniel about seventy “sevens” (which is probably 490 years) decreed for his people and his holy city (Jerusalem) that will bring about the end of the world. Daniel’s 70 weeks, like many endtimes passages, can be very hard to understand. But we don’t have to fully understand everything the Bible says for it to be useful. If we familiarize ourselves with what God has to say about the end times, we’ll be better equipped to deal with what comes next, even if it doesn’t make perfect sense to us right now.
