wow this one was tough to get into a recording. mutable instruments does not like having to process chords. i have been just using a vco for my chord playing needs recently, but the sound of that backing chord softly changing timbre in the background was just too nice so i ended up having to slash the framerate a bit to make my computer not explode. back to something less computationally intensive tomorrow i suppose.

the harmonic base for this one was an interest in a repeating plagal cadence, where you go IVI over and over down the line. in this instance it works out to iiviIVI, where it just sort of continues to bundle up tension. then the alternate progression is just a VI(add9) to finally give a satisfying resolution by the end. this is definitely one of my favorites already, its a nice one to sit in for a bit and relax. anyways i hope you enjoy this one, id love to hear your thoughts :)
