Hello world, TrickyRicky here. Welcome back to another video about mySCS post op, day 12. As my scars continue to heal, I am starting to feel the heat as arthritis and soreness sets in. Shortly after shooting this video, I ended up having to go lay down to relax my back

The good news is before I had to crash, I was able to do a few things around the house. After resting, I got up and continued helping my kids with virtual learning. Have a question? ‍♀ ‍♂ feel free to drop it in the comments section and I will gladly answer them.
