“For this video, we used our own people and operational practices. We felt our people could better relate to their peers and the video would carry a stronger message,” Aircraft Maintenance Training Manager Steve Sweeden said. “The video is a tool for our district to use throughout the year to deliver safety messages. The scenes captured may seem simple, but if overlooked, they can lead to safety and compliance gaps.”
