13/11/2022:

A new batch of interviews have been graced to the SPC13 studios team. The team at Looseheadz have been working hard bringing us in contact with some incredible athletes and rugby players to be able to provide them with a platform to talk about their journeys in sport, their mental health, and provide a safe platform for them to share their stories which they haven't been able to share before.

Our third interview released is with the most capped England international, male or female, ever, Rocky Clark. Having started her international career in 2003, she has gone onto represent England in 4 women's rugby world cups. Playing professionally at Saracens Rugby and Saracens Women, Rocky continues to run an incredible legacy and career, inspiring women to pick up the egg shaped ball, and believe in yourself, regardless of who you are. In her Unf!ltered interview, Rocky discusses topics around body image, mental health, grief, and learning how to deal with depression, and opening up about her feelings. Rocky was an incredible laugh, and an amazing person to interview. We love and thank you Rocky.

The goal with these Unf!ltered interviews is to bring you a different side to the traditional interviews and conversations, being as raw and unfiltered as possible, with some questions being preplanned, whilst others being developed naturally through the conversation with Rocky, bringing you a side that you may not have seen before, and showing a side of rugby mental health that has not been seen much.

We at SPC13 would like to extend our greatest appreciation and thanks to Rocky for being so brave and sharing with us things she has not previously shared with anyone.

We also want to say a massive thanks to the team at Looseheadz for their support, and to all those involved in making this video come to life.

If any of the topics in the video today have encouraged you to talk to friends, family, or loved ones, please do visit the Looseheadz website https://looseheadz.co.uk/pages/helps... for any help or information you may need.

We look forward to seeing you in the next video of Unf!ltered and in the meantime remember it's ok not to be ok."
