Toxic parents can be extremely damaging to your mental health as a child but also as an adult. When we ignore the damage our parents may have done to us in the past, they can manifest in our current relationships. And it is something we should deal with so that we can stop the cycle of toxic relationships. Are you wondering if your parents are toxic? Here are some of the things toxic parents say. Being with toxic parents can be as detrimental to one's mental health as being in a toxic relationship or abusive relationship so it's important to address and setup these boundaries now.
