Understanding what can cause anxiety for your child and how to deal with their anxiety can make a big difference. Children going into hospital or going to a new school can feel anxious because of the new environment, different people, sounds, smells and expectations.
In this video we describe how you and your child can prepare for situations, how children can selfregulate and activities that can help reduce anxiety. We also show the colour system so you and your child can recognise their level of anxiety and how to make a plan for reducing stress and increasing wellbeing.
