Subject: Declaration to form Apartment Owners Association.

Dear Madam/ Sir,

Greetings.
We are Apartment owners of “ABL SHINE APARTMENTS” at Plot # 000, Block # ZXY, Bashundhara R/A, Dhaka1229. In a meeting among all Apartment Owners, have made a decision to form an “Apartment Owners Association” at the said Building, built by ABL PROPERTIES

We also decided to run the activity of the Association from September 1st, 2022. Association will maintain the following activities independently.
(1) Security Guard
(2) Inspect the properties of the building from time to time
(3) Carry out renovation and repair when needed.
(4) Maintaining all facilities of the Premises.

We are declaring here, that from now on, we will be fully responsible for all activities of the Association.
