Anyone else stressing about how much they spend on groceries every month? Me too. That is one of the reasons I grow such a big garden, every single jar of food that I can preserve is one more thing I don't have to purchase to feed my family! I spent 12 hours in the kitchen today working on all of the waterbath canning and freezing I could and I still have so much to do! We were able to knock out dehydrating smoked paprikas, enchilada sauce, cowboy candy or candied jalapenos, fiesta salsa, roasted cherry tomatoes, and froze several pounds of zucchini. Because of my hard work, my family will be eating garden fresh food all winter long.
