This is a meditation you can practice on a daily basis for inner calm, stillness and wellbeing. The meditation involves deep breathing and full body relaxation to help you calm and still your mind into a restoring spacious stillness.

If you find it difficult to breathe deeply for any reason just breathe as deeply as feels comfortable for you. You’ll find with daily practice breathing deeply becomes gradually easier and easier, which has a positive ripple effect into how you breathe the rest of the time, which brings a host of benefits physically and mentally.
