Deep Lucid Dreaming Guided Meditation - Control Your Dreams

This lucid dreaming guided meditation will help you to relax your mind and body enough to achieve lucidity.
Whilst listening to this meditation concentrate on your breathe and each exhalation to loosen your muscles a little. As you hear the guided meditation progress imagine what is described the best you can and as you focus on these scenes you will eventually enter a lucid dream state.
The experience may start as if you are daydreaming and then there will perhaps be a realisation that you are in fact dreaming.
This is a compilation or extended version from a handful of my meditations, making it a longer session maybe perhaps yield better results for some.
The music used in this video has been equalised as to not obstruct the experience.
A sense of openness and relaxation is a mind state to strive for as you listen to this lucid dreaming meditation.
Patience is key to achieving lucidity, it can take several attempts for anything to happen, using a dream journal can help to track your progress.
