Laura (and her lovely furry friend Enzo) came in with some left foot pain (Laura's foot, not Enzo's) which was diagnosed correctly as plantar fasciitis. A painful, often chronic condition that can linger for months.

We worked through the calf, fibula, heel, ankle and foot in order to release tension on the calcaneus, mobilize the midfoot, and resolve trigger points in the calf.
