Ingredients for the Bread:
Flour: 500 g
Water: 250 ml
Dry yeast: 11 g (one 7gram packet plus one teaspoon)
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Sugar: 1 teaspoon
Oil: 3 tablespoons
Filling:
50 g cheese (parmesan)
2 cloves garlic
45 tablespoons olive oil
1 bunch basil
½ teaspoon salt
Tomato Soup:
Ingredients:
1 bell pepper (red or yellow)
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
2 cans of whole canned tomatoes (or fresh tomatoes)
2 fresh tomatoes
Olive oil for drizzling vegetables before roasting
23 tablespoons vegetable broth or water
A pinch of sugar (to balance the acidity of the tomatoes)
Salt and pepper to taste
Cream (optional, for a richer flavor)
