Baking Soda 1/2 Tsp
Baking Powder 2 Tsp
Milk 60 ml (1/4 Cup)
Milk Powder 2 Tbsp
Vinegar 1 Tsp
Butter Or Margarine 250g
Sugar 250g
Egg Yolks Separated From 250g (Without shells) "Approx. 5 large eggs"
Egg Whites Separated From 250g (Without shells) "Approx. 5 large eggs"
Coffee (1/4 Cup Hot Water + 2 Tsp instant coffee).
Vanilla Extract 2 Tsp

(Frosting)
Butter 100g
Cocoa Powder 20g
Icing Sugar 250g
Coffee (1 Tsp Hot Water + 1 Tsp Instant Coffee)
Milk 2 Tsp

(Ganache)
Milk 50ml
Butter 1 Tbsp
Chocolate 120g


9x9 Inch Baking Tray
BAKE @ 170C For 35 40 Minutes
