Minced meat400 g
Yogurt or kefir 1 cup 200 ml
Onion1 pc
Garlic1 clove
Eggs1 pc
Flour2 tbsp
Dill a couple of branches
Ground black pepper a pinch
Salt1/2 tsp
Water 1/3 cup
Fry in a skillet over medium heat or less than medium. Simmer for 510 minutes covered.
