Instant coffee | 20 g (0.4 cup)
Sugar | 80 g (0.4 cup)
Cold water | 100 ml (0.5 cup)
Сream | 300 ml (1 cup)
Condensed Milk | 100 g (3.4 oz)
Chopped walnuts | 40 g (1.4 oz)
Chopped chocolate | 50 g (1.75 oz)
