Due to Covid the Delta Airlines flight DL116 from Atlanta Hartsfield Airport to Stuttgart "Manfred Rommel Airport" was discontinued between 2020 and 2023.

After Covid it was reestablished with the first flight on March 27th 2023 (arriving on the 28th). It was operated by Delta's Boeing 767300ER N175DZ (here: landing on Runway 25)

The flight is the only regular connection between the German City of Stuttgart (Capital of Baden Württemberg) and the United States and was originally established 1986, operated with Lockeed Tri Star L1011. Before Covid, the route was operated by Boeing 767400.
