【Demonstration】32 Form Tai Chi Sword (front view)

TANOMIN[Tai Chi & Travel]

If you have learned 24style Tai Chi, try 32style Tai Chi Sword. This Tai Chi Sword is recommended for beginners because it has a small number of movements and is not very difficult to perform.

When moving while holding something in your hands, your walking style tends to become sloppy, so be careful to perform each movement carefully to avoid hurting your knees and ankles.

*When handling the sword, practice with great care not to injure yourself or those around you (especially the tip of the sword). When moving around other than when performing a routine, make sure to point the tip of the sword toward the ground.

In competitions, the performance lasts from 2 to 4 minutes (as of 2024). One of the attractions of sword is that there is a wide range of time limits, and each person's movements can have their own unique characteristics.
