How can a company guide its global workforce towards inclusivity, diversity, and empathy? Chris Jarvis shares with us the power of employee volunteering programs to offer transformative experiences that build better employees, companies, and communities. As the cofounder of the Realized Worth Institute, Chris works with large companies around the world helping to mobilize millions of employees to make meaningful contributions in the communities where they live and work. Widely known for his thoughtleadership in employee volunteering, workplace giving and corporate social responsibility, in 2011, the United Nations Office of Partnerships invited Chris to design and launch the first private sectorled initiative to achieve the postmillennial Sustainable Development Goals through corporate volunteering.

In his various roles as author, blogger, researcher, public speaker or program designer, the goal is to help practitioners be more successful whether they are clients, engaged formally or not. Chris believes the work these men and women do as part of corporate citizenship is critical to addressing the huge social and environmental issues facing our global society.
