Upvote to support it   / new_cryptarch_run_i_average_13_legendary_e...   Takes an hour to get around Max Glimmer (25,000) and each run levels the cryptarch half of a level, so doing 2 hours of this method should result in atleast 1 Legendary, I have had up to 3 from one postmaster reward.
