We had these handles custommade for use with Rinaldi No.3, No.4, and No.5 "Trento" and "Normale" pattern axe heads. The quality of the wood is phenomenal, and our manufacturing partner did a great job overall. There were, however, a small number of handles with more runout in the neck than we considered acceptable, and we decided to put the very worst one through the wringer to see just how much abuse it could handle before breaking. Quite a bit, as it turns out!
