U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Field of Operations (OFO) inspects international cargo containers that arrived at the Port of Philadelphia. Officers use NonIntrusive Inspection (NII) methods to scan for anomalies. If an anomaly or inconsistency is detected, officers will then open the cargo containers for further inspections.
