What was once the Grand Trunk Western's mainline into downtown Detroit is now a 2.5 mile spur operated by the Adrian and Blissfield Railroad. The operation runs asneeded, and was photographed in October of 2022. Power on the line consists of DCON #4, a 65tonner, and ADBF #836, a SW900. Here, the crew is finishing up switching before chaining the engine up for the night along Farnsworth Street, near Eastern Market. Copyright 2022 Brad Noyes Photo 39.
