The Art+Flight project’s final speaker program features artist and pilot Dick Nelms. Nelms was a B17 bomber pilot during World War II. After the war, he enjoyed a long career as a professional artist and was the creator of the official seal of the State of Washington. Centenarian Nelms talks about his amazing career during this chat with Vietnam War veteran pilot Dave Waggoner.
