In this bonus PCT episode I documented some physical changes before and after my thru hike of the Pacific Crest Trail. I decided to pick a few strength exercises to do at the start and end of my 4.5 month long hike. I thought it was interesting to see which exercises were wayyyy easier and which ones were actually harder after thru hiking the PCT!
