What is difference between decree and judgement?
Judgement means the statement given by the judge on grounds of a decree or order. In a decree it is not necessary for a judge to give a statement in a decree though it is necessary in a judgement.

What is difference between decree and order?
A decree is passed in a suit instituted upon presenting a plaint. An order is passed in a suit that may be instituted upon the presentation of either a plaint, an application, or a petition.

सीपीसी में डिक्री से आप क्या समझते हैं?

स्पष्टीकरण डिक्री तब प्रारंभिक होती है जब वाद के पूर्ण रूप से निपटा दिए जा सकने से पहले आगे और कार्यवाहियाँ की जानी है। वह तब अंतिम होती है जबकि ऐसा न्यायनिर्णयन बाद को पूर्ण रूप से निपटा देता है। वह भागत: प्रारंभिक और भागत: अंतिम हो सकेगी।

डिक्री के आवश्यक तत्व क्या है?
डिक्री का दूसरा अनिवार्य तत्व यह है कि ऊपर उल्लिखित निर्णय एक वाद में दिया जाना चाहिए। यहां एक स्वाभाविक प्रश्न उठता है: सूट क्या है संहिता में सूट शब्द को परिभाषित नहीं किया गया है। सूट शब्द का सामान्य अर्थ है और कुछ संदर्भों के अलावा, एक वादी की प्रस्तुति द्वारा स्थापित एक नागरिक कार्यवाही का अर्थ लिया जाना चाहिए।
