3,3’Diindolylmethane (DIM)bioactive compound found in cruciferous vegetables, such as bok choy, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, kale, broccoli and radishes.

60% of DIM is derived from the unstable phytochemical indole3carbinol.

Anticancer benefits may come from:
