We will examine a man at odds with his countrymen, his business partners and his own psyche, and the many acts of cruelty, betrayal and violence that he would commit or hire others to commit for him, to stay alive and dominant in the Liberty City underworld.

We will follow a man from the Red Blocks of the former Soviet Union to the crime filled streets of the worst city in America and his ambitious but ultimately stifled attempt to become one of the most powerful and feared Russian Mobsters Liberty had ever seen. A man whose calculated and disconnected approach to survival saw to the deaths of many of his friends and even his own warbonded brother; Dimitri Rascalov.
