On the 23rd of June, the 14th BRICS Summit was hosted by China in virtual mode. BRICS is an important platform bringing together Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa. It has gone through a reasonably productive journey, striving to serve as a bridge between the Global North and Global South. BRICS, in short, continues to remain an important pole of the multipolar world order.
